I visited the Aloft Remodeling Booth at the Phoenix Home & Garden Show on February 28th and spoke with Krista. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the displays and their products, so I ended up making an appointment with their Designer, Lorne. My 1-1/2 hour appointment with Loren lasted 5-1/2 hours! I appreciated his patience, suggestions and my solicited opinions as we went through all the materials and pictures of the products available. I also appreciated, Charles, the owner, for being available to answer questions about some hardware issues. As everything came together for the remodeling of my kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom, I was so pleased and happy that I signed a contract for the entire project right then. I look forward to seeing my vision come to life!

Dorna was awesome and so organized. She was with us for 5 hours , very friendly and professional . Looking forward to doing our kitchen as well.

Yesterday I worked with Paolo, and it was a very good experience. He’s quite the professional and salesman. I Had already scheduled with other contractors, but what he presented and the manner in which he presented it, my son and I decided to go with Aloft. I’m very confident that my conversion from a bathtub to a walk-in shower Will be everything that he has assured me it will be. My son, as we were discussing it as Paulo walked out to give us privacy, looked up on Google and concluded that this company will give us high-end quality materials and service. I highly recommend Aloft. I’m confident that my walk-in shower will be just as he described, beautiful.

His knowledge of the products the company sells was very impressive. He was not pushy and he was very respectful of our situation as everyone is different. Although was haven’t purchased anything as of yet, we feel very optimistic and positive about this company.
