Representative, Heidi, came out to provide an estimate for a bath/shower remodel. Was patient to my requests and provided a great quote. Was very appreciative.

Raffi from Aloft came out today, on time!, to give us a kitchen remodel estimate. The first thing he did was give us the details about Aloft the company…very imoressive… the quality of their work, the speed of the installation, their lifetime warranty, great payment plans, etc… also, they donate a percentage of their profits to charity (you can select who it goes to!) And… they senior and veteran/military discounts, on top of their great prices. Raffi was knowledgeable and professional and friendly, with a great sense of humor. We signed up! Can’t wait for our new kitchen!

Paulo came to my house today and was able negotiate with Dorna a price that fits our senior budget. Super excited and can’t wait to see our newly remodeled bathroom. Paulo is a magnificent designer.

We needed to make some updates to our home. An ADA bathroom for my husband and updating a 1978 kitchen. I did a lot of research before calling Aloft remodeling. Our initial interaction was with Shawn. He was very personable and knew what he was talking about. We signed our contract that day. The next day Andrew, the foreman called and went over everything and came by to assure measurements and our decisions.

It took a bit for them to start because of the ADA needs, but once Armando and Raul started working in our home, I knew we were in good hands. These 2 men worked efficiently and with precision. They were so kind and helpful and truly treated our home like it was their own. I cannot speak highly enough of these 2 men. Our home is beautiful with the upgrades. I could not be happier with the outcome. Every concern I had was met with action and taken care of immediately.
Maybe a bit more costly than some other remodeling companies, but from the nightmares I have heard about, ours was a sound and good decision. Props to the whole team.

Heidi came was informative and helped us with the best walk in tub. She and the company were a pleasure to work with.

Part 1: Paulo was sent to us for our consultation for 1st floor bathroom, to convert our bathtub to shower. Sadly, our 3-year-old fiberglass one-piece tub cracked and is unusable. Therefore, we reached out to 3 different contractors.Aloft was the 3rd company we received a consultation and quote from.

Paulo was on time, very kind, helpful, professional, knowledable, and understanding. So much so, we signed a contract with him. He explained our project would start in approximately 6-7 weeks, which isn't a big deal since we have 2 other showers we can use in the meantime. The quote from Aloft wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but middle of the road. The warranty for all materials and labor was a big selling point for us as well as multiple financing options, which fit our budget.

No complaints, thus far! The process has been easy and everyone we have spoken to, including the financing team, have been helpful, responsive, and very professional. We'll update our review for a Part 2 regarding the process leading up to the remodel, installation, and the finished shower. We're looking forward to our finished project! Thank you so much, Paulo!
