All files, records, documents, computer-recorded or electronic information, drawings, specifications,  and similar items relating to Company business, whether prepared by employee or otherwise coming into his possession, will remain the Company’s exclusive property and will not be removed from the Company portal under any circumstances whatsoever without the Company’s prior written consent, and employees will keep make no copies or download copies of any portal resources.
