Everyone i worked with was wonderful. The communications were excellent. My one hour consultation with Tracy turned into 3 1/2 hours as she spent alot of time making sure we picked choices that I was absolutely happy about and in my budget. Angela helped me navigate the financing and made sure I understood all the details. Angel called me to introduce himself as the project manager. Jordan kept me updated on the status of my project and Monique made sure the installation date was convenient for my schedule. I will update more after the project is done.

Didn’t know what to expect other then having our bathroom feel more homie. Manny whom was our service representative was outstanding, respectful and very professional and was there to hear our needs, he was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. We are please with his service and decided to move forward and to do business with Aaloft remodeling.
